A former Haitian Justice Ministry official who has been a prime suspect in the 2021 assassination of President Jovenel Moïse of Haiti for more than two years was arrested on Thursday outside the capital, the police said.The suspect, Joseph Félix Badio, 60, was captured in broad daylight while driving an S.U.V. out of a supermarket parking lot in Pétion-Ville, a suburb of Port-au-Prince.
